How to get the Verified Badge
What the Verified Badge is and how Satellites and Companies earn it on Startellite
Atualizado em 22 de julho de 2026
The Verified Badge is the blue/green shield icon shown next to a Satellite's or Company's name across Startellite — job listings, missions, search and the Ecosystem. It means the Startellite team has confirmed that account's identity.
It's different from the "Startellite Ecosystem Partner" badge (installable on your own site): that one requires being Verified AND having at least one paid mission on the platform. The Verified Badge is the first step.
Satellites
Satellite verification happens through a live interview:
On the Satellite dashboard's Home tab, find the "Seal" card and schedule your verification interview (free or via credits, depending on your plan).
Have identification documents ready and be prepared to detail the experiences added to your Background (education, companies, languages, etc.).
A Startellite interviewer confirms your identity and the accuracy of what was declared, live.
Once approved, your account gets the Badge, a unique Badge ID (format STL-XXXXXXXX), and a 100 XP bonus.
Companies
Company verification happens through document submission:
On the Company dashboard, go to Settings → "Company Verification" card.
Submit a document proving the company's legal existence — CNPJ card, articles of incorporation, or an equivalent certificate — as PDF, JPG or PNG (max 10 MB).
The Startellite team reviews the document. If approved, the company gets the Badge and a unique Badge ID; if rejected, the reason shows up on the same card and a new document can be submitted at any time.
Only Owner or Admin company accounts can submit the verification document.
